Angie Dockins Dickerson, Director

My name is Angie Dockins Dickerson I was born in Rabun County and moved when I was 6 months old. My family lived in Cumming Georgia, where I graduated high school. I returned to Clayton 11 years ago, because this is where I wanted to raise my children. My life revolves around helping children. I have worked with kids all my life from newborns, while being a private nanny, to teenagers. I feel in my heart that my place is with the teens in this county. I love helping young people and trying to guide them in the right direction to be productive adults. This is my job and I love it! Every teenager that walks through that door has a different personality and I love them all.

Tina Johnson, Assistant

Tina Johnson moved to Rabun County this year and was not able to find a teaching job.  The teaching professions loss became Rabun Youths gain.  Coming from Walton County, Tina has experience as a para pro and teachers assistant and is in the process of getting her teaching degree. Tina also worked for an afterschool program that was for students ages pre school thru 12 years of age.  Finally Tina and her husband also were Childrens ministers at Good Hope Christian Church.  We are excited to have Tina and her experience available to us and are looking forward to all her great ideas to spice up our program.
